Robert Halaijian Seminar
The Kickboxing Club hosted the Street-Fighting Seminar by Maestro Robert M. Halaijian on Friday 15 April.
We had a great turnout for our first Seminar of the year, with over 30 of our Members attending and several Non-Members participating also.
Robert covered many aspects of self-defense scenarios from both the physical and psychological angles. He incorporated Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Filipino Kickboxing, as well as the Filipino Martial Arts (known as Eskrima, Kali or Arnis) into the Seminar, giving students a unique perspective on Street-Fighting and the challenges that come with it.
